These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Suburtoto platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and support features available at suburtoto.cam. To open and maintain an account on the Suburtoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Players must complete the Suburtoto registration form with accurate and current personal information. The information you provide must match the identity documents you hold and the payment methods linked to your account. Suburtoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time — including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers internal compliance review.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Suburtoto Platform. If a Player is found to operate more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — all associated accounts may be permanently closed, any bonus funds forfeited, and any pending withdrawals suspended pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Suburtoto's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Suburtoto will not be liable for any losses arising from failure to maintain adequate account security on the Player's part.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, Suburtoto requires completion of KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement — may also be required. KYC documentation must be submitted through our secure document upload portal. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
Suburtoto accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction. Suburtoto does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. Processing times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods or Malaysian public holidays.
Suburtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it dems unusual in amount, frequency, or circumstance. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be placed in a pending state until verification is finalised.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may be revised periodically. Players with VIP status may be subject to enhanced withdrawal limits as outlined in the VIP Programme terms.
An account is considered dormant if no login or wagering activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. A monthly administration fee of MYR 10 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available on the Suburtoto Platform are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where any conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino and table games may contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain game types may not contribute at all. The applicable contribution percentages are published in the promotions section of the Platform.
Suburtoto maintains the right to investigate and void bonuses where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk, hedged bets with bonus funds to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any winings derived from abusive bonus play may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.
Suburtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Active promotions in progress at the time of modification will, where practicable, be honoured under their original terms.
All casino games offered on the Suburtoto Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by independent, audited game providers. The outcome of each game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Company or the Player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are approximate theoretical figures based on long-term statistical modelling and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other major sporting events — are subject to our Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of a clear error in the display of odds, Suburtoto reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the applicable stakes. Live in-play betting results are final once the relevant market has settled.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game software, Platform servers, or payment processing, Suburtoto reserves the right to void any affected bets. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system error, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's account balance. Suburtoto is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity failures on the Player's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Suburtoto reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Company may permanently close the account, forfeit any balance, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities.
All content published on the Suburtoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, user interface design, and the "Suburtoto" brand name and trademark — is the proprietary property of the Company or is licensed to the Company by its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suburtoto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, or any other intangible losses.
Suburtoto's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 5,000 — whichever is the lesser amount.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Suburtoto does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from error, or free from interruption. We undertake reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality but provide no express guarantee of uninterrupted access.
Suburtoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.
Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and the provision of customer support. Suburtoto does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with authorised service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law.
All data transmissions between your device and the Suburtoto Platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

If you do not accept a material change to the Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the change takes effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. Any dispute between a Player and Suburtoto that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process will first be referred to mediation before either party commences any other form of legal proceedings.
